What does the worddietmean to you? The word actually comes from the Greek word “diaita,” which means “a way of life.” For many people, however, it means following a specific food plan to lose weight. Once the weight is off, many people go back to their old eating habits. Weight can easily be lost; but the biggest problem seems to be keeping that weight off in a lasting way. With a proper nutrition plan your weight will drop off even WITHOUT exercising. You will not only lose weight but you will keep it off “forever” without struggle, deprivation, or calorie restriction.

Why do I call it an 'Against-diet Plant? Because you're not really limited in what you can eat, or rather, in what you can choose to eat. You can eat pretty much anything you like. That's right, you can actually enjoy your meal. And there is no calorie counting !!

  • 1 large handful baby spinach

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes



Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup milk of choice (organic unsweeten vanilla almond milk, coconut milk)

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 3 tablespoons natural raw organic peanut butter*

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Organic chocolate chips on top, for serving (optional)




Banana Mango Avocado Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 cup mango chunks, frozen

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 medium avocado

  • 1 cup milk of choice (organic unsweeten vanilla almond milk, coconut milk)

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • Few drops of stevia extract or other sweetener (optional)



Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, place all ingredients.

  2. Blend until smoothie. Pour into 1 large or 2 small cups.

  3. Enjoy!
