ANSWER: All of them! Here's Why...
Plastic Bottled Water
The plastic from the bottle of water you are drinking leaks estrogen-mimicking chemicals, called xenoestogens, into the water causing elevated estrogen levels. This leads to excessive estrogen which disrupts the hormone system and throws off the natural balance of hormones in your body. The hormone system, which regulates weight, supports your immune system and regulates your energy levels, cannot function optimally when thrown off balance. This can lead to weight gain, increased vulnerability to illness and fatigue.
White Bread
Most bread, including white and most wheat breads, are highly processed and void of nutrients. Processing grains leads to highly diminished levels of vitamins such as zinc, iron, vitamin E and many others. Aside from being vitamin deficient, bread also contains gluten, a protein found in most grains. Gluten consumption for those who are intolerant can lead to allergies, immune system dysfunction, mental fogginess, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, bloating, and lactose intolerance just to name a few!
Pasteurized Milk
Almost all the milk you will find in the average grocery store is pasteurized, meaning it has been heated to a really high temperature for just a few seconds. The common misconception is that pasteurizing milk prevents disease and kills harmful bacteria. The reality is that the pasteurization process actually kills the healthy bacteria that protects the milk from dangerous pathogens as well as any naturally occurring vitamins and amino acids. Once milk is pasteurized it is often fortified with synthetic vitamins A and D making it appear to be full of vitamins, but the pasteurization process actually kills the enzymes that are needed to allow your body to absorb the vitamins!
